Colors, composition and light --beautiful!
I love the play of light and shadows. A very nice palette.
Wah wah... The really faint washes on the cows and the hay stack have done the trick I think.
Thanks Meera, Christiane and Prabal! Your postive comments boost my confidence :)
Nice painting. Would have liked few composition changes . right hand side coconut trunk does not add anything to painting -its going out of the frame, either completely removed or coming in to the frame would look better. Blue patch on right hand side bottom corner is best avoided. Bull horns are painted in two different colors, that may be case with reference but you could have changed that. Painting is beuitful as is but these few changes could improve the look IMHO
Hi Ramesh, I would agree with Ajay about the right hand tree just taking your eye out of the page. If that tree and the blue corner were gone it would open up you composition to your center of interest animals. I love how you painted the trees at various sizes and angles.
Nice painting. i think the contrast became more here in this painting.
very fresh, delicate colors and full of light
Hi Ramesh...I have nominated you for the sunshine award..take a lok at my blog for that.
I like the soft light and the white of the paper showing through. Beautiful greens. Have you entered into the contest yet?
Fantastic paintings. This one nd all others too. Thank you so much for sharing.
Very distinctive! Interesting theme and brilliantly done!
Hi Ramesh, I'm new to your blog and really enjoyed seeing your paintings for the first time! You have a real gift with watercolors. You seem equally comfortable with rural scenes as with urban and your colors are good enough to eat! I'm thrilled to have found your blog!
Hello...way over there...I can feel the sunny atmosphere in this work.I've been meaning to tell you that my daughter just returned from a visit to Rameswaram. She very much enjoyed your country and brought me back many wonderful images.
