Early morning sketch

Mixed Media on Paper

This is a sketch of another scene from Jodhpur! It was early morning (hence the closed shutters!) and I was out to capture some early morning shots. Liked this scene on my way back to the hotel.
I have used pen, little washes of watercolor here and there and opaque for the sky and the highlights on a brown tinted paper.

    I loved this. Very cool. I did not understand the media you used. Guess it was a brown tinted paper and you have used something like poster color on it??

    Wonderful scene. I love your choice of color in the foreground shadow, receding to the warm yellow in the background. A great glimpse of early morning on the other side of the globe! I found your blog while visiting Mike Barr's blog and have enjoyed looking at your work.
